Learning Designer
2-3 Month Contract
Remote with Occasional Onsite (Geelong)

We’re partnering with a well-established privately owned retail business that is investing in the way it develops and supports its people. They’re seeking an experienced Learning Designer to join the team on a short-term contract to create engaging, high-quality digital learning experiences for employees across the business.

The Opportunity
Working closely with the HR Manager and key stakeholders, you’ll design and develop a range of digital learning modules that support employees throughout their learning journey.
You’ll create engaging, user-friendly learning experiences covering topics including:
* Product knowledge
* Sales techniques
* Internal systems
* HR policies and procedures
This is a hands-on role where you’ll take learning projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring content is visually engaging, interactive and aligned to adult learning principles.
About You
You’ll be an experienced Learning Designer with a strong portfolio of digital learning content and the ability to translate complex information into engaging online experiences.
You’ll bring:
* 5+ years’ experience designing and developing e-learning content
* Strong instructional design capability and knowledge of adult learning principles
* Experience using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Moodle, Canvas or similar learning technologies
* The ability to manage multiple learning projects simultaneously
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* A proactive, collaborative approach and strong attention to detail
* Experience creating learning content within the retail sector will be highly regarded but isn’t essential.
