$120,000 – $140,000 + Super + Bonus
Salt Search has partnered with a fast-growing, digitally-led business that has experienced strong global success and continued expansion in Australia. This is a key role within the growth team, offering the opportunity to own and scale lifecycle marketing.
Reporting to your supportive & collaborative/inclusive Growth Lead, this is quite an exciting and unique opportunity, where you will mentor a junior coordinator & take full ownership of Braze to create personalised, segmented & data-led experiences across every touchpoint. You will have the autonomy to build a sophisticated, always-on lifecycle engine, driving conversion, activation, engagement, and retention.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and execute the end-to-end lifecycle strategy, from sign-up through to retention and reactivation
- Build and optimise automated customer journeys using segmentation and personalisation
- Design and deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging
- Act as the Braze SME, managing platform configuration, integrations, and optimisation
- Lead a key project transitioning to HTML-based email templates, collaborating with a global team
- Analyse lifecycle performance (conversion, activation, churn) and take action through testing and experimentation
- Run A/B and multivariate tests (e.g. messaging, incentives, offers) to continuously improve results
- Partner with technical stakeholders to ensure data flows and integrations enable best-in-class experiences
- Mentor and guide a Marketing Coordinator, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment
About You
- 3-5+ years’ experience in Lifecycle / CRM / Marketing Automation / Retention Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Braze (or similar)
- Proven ability to build and optimise lifecycle programs, not just execute campaigns
- Strong understanding of conversion, activation, and retention metrics
- Experience working across multiple channels (email, app, web, push, etc.)
- A builder mindset – you enjoy creating, testing, and improving from the ground up
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, scaling environment
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with both marketing and technical teams
