About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to join their team. This role is ideal for a hands-on quality professional with strong experience in manufacturing, packaging, promotional products, or FMCG environments.

You will be responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards, conducting inspections, managing quality documentation, investigating non-conformances, and working closely with suppliers and production teams to maintain exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct first-off, in-process, and final product inspections
• Perform AQL inspections and quality audits
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions (CAPA)
• Compile detailed inspection and quality reports
• Monitor compliance with ISO and quality management systems
• Liaise with suppliers, factories, and production teams
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure products meet client specifications and quality requirements
• Maintain quality records, documentation, and audit readiness
• Travel to suppliers and manufacturing facilities when required

Minimum Requirements

✔ 5+ years’ experience in a Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Quality Supervisor role
✔ Strong AQL inspection experience
✔ Experience within manufacturing, packaging, promotional products, plastics, FMCG, or related industries
✔ Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems
✔ Experience with CAPA, root cause analysis, and quality investigations
✔ Strong reporting and documentation skills
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
✔ Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

Advantageous

• HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, or food safety experience
• Supplier audit experience
• Lean Six Sigma exposure
• Laboratory or testing environment experience

We’re seeking someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident working independently. The successful candidate will be comfortable visiting suppliers and factories, conducting inspections, identifying quality risks, and ensuring products consistently meet client expectations.
