Salt is excited to bring an opportunity to join one of the world’s leading global companies as a Localization Producer (Project Manager).
In this role, you’ll help shape how localized video and content reach global audiences – managing the end-to-end workflow for subtitles, captions, translations, and accessibility deliverables. You’ll partner closely with producers, linguists, designers, and external vendors to ensure high-quality localized content is delivered on time and aligned with brand standards.
If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced creative environments, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a cross-functional team driving impact on a global scale.
What you’ll do:
- Manage end-to-end video localization workflow from transcription and translation through to QA and delivery.
- Track timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders stay aligned.
- Collaborate with internal publishing teams to confirm technical and platform requirements.
- Prepare detailed briefs for linguists and agencies with full business context.
- Verify English transcripts for accuracy and maintain organized multimedia libraries.
- Ensure localized content follows style, accessibility, and formatting guidelines.
- Troubleshoot video formatting and compression issues when needed.
- Manage translation workflows in TMS and coordinate feedback with linguists and editors.
Who you are:
- 3+ years of experience managing video localization or multimedia translation projects.
- Familiar with subtitling, transcription, and related localization processes.
- Skilled with video tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or Final Cut.
- Experienced with translation tools (translation memory, glossaries, TMS platforms).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities across time zones.
- Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in dynamic, cross-functional settings.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working through ambiguity.
- Proficiency with major digital ecosystems and products preferred.
- Additional language skills beyond English are a plus.
