M365 Security Engineer

Duration: 12 month contract (extendable)

Salary: SAR 17,000 per month + Iqama transfer + Healthcare

Please note, you must hold a transferable Iqama to be considered for this position.

I’m currently working with a leading organisation in Riyadh who are looking to bring in a Microsoft 365 Security Engineer to support a major cloud security initiative.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on enterprise-scale Microsoft environments, securing identities, endpoints, data, and cloud workloads using the latest Microsoft security stack.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in Microsoft 365 / Azure Security / Cloud Security Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft Defender suite
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager)
• Experience with DLP, Information Protection, and compliance frameworks
• Strong understanding of identity security and access controls
• PowerShell scripting experience (automation/security)
• Experience working with Microsoft Sentinel or SIEM tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft 365 security solutions, including:

• Deploying and optimizing Microsoft Defender XDR (Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, Cloud Apps)
• Implementing Microsoft Purview compliance solutions (DLP, Insider Risk, Information Protection, eDiscovery)
• Securing M365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
• Managing Identity & Access via Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including:
• Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, RBAC
• SSO, password-less authentication, JIT access
• Monitoring and responding to threats using:
• Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM)
• Defender XDR
• Leading incident response, root cause analysis, and playbook development
• Managing endpoint security via Microsoft Intune (compliance, policies, device security)
• Ensuring compliance, risk management, and security best practices across the environment
