Our client has one of the longest histories of being a trusted voice in the Australian medical industry. They are passionate about ongoing healthcare professional development for doctors and GPs across Australia providing high-quality podcasts, webcasts, learning modules, and video content.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role responsible for executing communications across digital channels, High focus on sending EDMs. You will play a key role in promoting both in-person seminars and online education programs, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and performance is measured and optimised
Key Responsibilities
- Focus on Building and deploying eDM campaigns and newsletters.
- Implement and coordinate marketing communications across email, social media, owned digital channels, and print.
- Execute marketing strategies for in-person seminars and online learning programs.
- Prepare and manage pre and post-event communications.
- Measure, analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communication activities.
- Manage multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Skills & Experience Required
- 2-8 years’ experience in marketing or client services, ideally B2B
- Exposure to campaign coordination and event management
- Previous experience in digital marketing and/or communications
- Experience building and deploying eDM campaigns (e.g. email newsletters)
- Experience using a CRM such as Active Campaign (or similar) and managing content via a CMS such as WordPress (or similar)
- Organic social media experience across Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
