Our client has one of the longest histories of being a trusted voice in the Australian medical industry and is a small, closed knit team. They are passionate about ongoing healthcare professional development for doctors and GPs across Australia providing high-quality podcasts, webcasts, learning modules, and video content.

They require someone who is just as driven about the health and education field, that can act as a Marketing Coordinator by making a difference and impact from day one.

What Will You Be Doing?

Implementing and coordinating marketing communications

Executing marketing strategy for the organization in-person seminars and online learning

Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing & communications activities

Creating & distributing marketing collateral (including eDMs newsletters, surveys, communications, print)

Preparing pre and post event communication

Adhering to tight deadlines

What Will You Bring?

4+ years’ experience in marketing in Graphic designing

Previous experience building and sending eDM campaigns such as email newsletters

Previous experience with a CRM such as Active Campaign or similar

Previous experience with a CMS such as WordPress or similar

Social media organic experience – Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (intermediate to advanced, primarily InDesign but others desirable)

Who Are You?

Highly self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills

Be able to work both autonomously and within a team

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to multitask and prioritize

Able to deal with both internal and external stakeholders

Excellent in Graphic designing

Desirable skills:

Previous experience within the Health / Education / Publication / Agency/ Research industry

Learning management system (LMS) experience

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Premiere, Photoshop) , Graphic designing

Database experience

Medical or event marketing experience

Experience using data analytics and reporting

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (Digital, Marketing, Communications, Events)
