Our client is looking for a Marketing Director who can lead the marketing function, define the brand voice, craft the category leadership narrative and build the top-of-funnel engine that drives qualified opportunities for mid-market and enterprise sales.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design, execute, and scale high-performing demand engines to consistently fill the funnel with qualified SQL opportunities.
- Develop and manage paid media strategy across LinkedIn, Google, and emerging channels relevant to marketing leaders.
- Build campaigns that drive measurable awareness and SQL creation.
- Continuously test audience segmentation, creative, and messaging for maximum ROI.
- Partner with design and data teams to produce high-performing assets and dashboards.
- Explore paid partnerships, sponsorships, and targeted media placements..
- Develop standout creative assets, case studies, and campaign materials.
- Manage PR, analyst, and media relationships to drive credibility and reach.
- Build social programs that add value for leaders where they already are, including LinkedIn, X, and niche communities.
- Develop influencer, creator, and partnership strategies that amplify the story and create network effects.
- Implement scalable customer advocacy and referral programs.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience leading or building marketing functions in SaaS, ecommerce tech, or AI.
- Proven track record of transforming marketing into a top-quartile growth driver.
- Excited by early-stage velocity, ambiguity, and category-defining opportunities.
- Excellent storyteller, builder, and operator who loves experimentation and measurable outcomes.
