Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager who will be in charge of leadership to develop effective strategies that align with overall business objectives. This role is responsible for planning, developing, and executing regional marketing programs that support brand awareness, lead generation, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and measure integrated marketing strategies to reach target customer groups across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with sales goals and deliver measurable impact.
- Lead the development, management, and ongoing enhancement of the corporate website.
- Manage the marketing program budget, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
- Monitor and assess the performance of marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Establish reporting formats and deliver key metrics to leadership.
- Maintain and improve internal processes that support effective communication and consistent execution of marketing programs.
- Support the development, training, and performance management of direct reports.
- Participate in personnel-related matters, including scheduling, attendance, and compensation recommendations.
- Complete additional departmental tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising and/or marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management skills
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities
