A fast-growing property developer is looking for a Marketing Manager to take full ownership of a multi-development marketing function.
This is a department ownership role where you’ll be accountable for strategy, execution, performance, and stakeholder coordination across internal teams and external partners.
You’ll run the marketing engine end-to-end, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable impact across lead generation, brand growth, and community engagement.
What you’ll own:
Department & Stakeholders
- Full ownership of the marketing function across multiple developments
- Management of internal coordinator and external agencies/suppliers
- Briefing, coordinating, and holding all partners accountable for delivery
Strategy & Brand
- Execution of the overarching marketing strategy across all developments
- Ensuring brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
- Aligning marketing with sales and business priorities
Digital & Campaigns
- End-to-end ownership of digital marketing (social, paid media, email, WhatsApp, website, portals)
- Planning and delivery of integrated campaigns across digital and physical channels
- Campaign optimisation based on performance data
Reporting, Budget & Performance
- Management of marketing budgets, forecasting, and spend tracking
- Monthly reporting on campaign performance, leads, cost per acquisition, and ROI
- Data-led recommendations to improve performance
Community & Physical Marketing
- Delivery of resident events, activations, and community engagement initiatives
- Oversight of PR, reputation management, and estate marketing activity
- Management of physical marketing assets (signage, show units, on-site branding, events)
Marketing Systems
- Ownership of CRM, automation, analytics, and lead management systems
- Ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and data integrity across platforms
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in a marketing management role with full ownership responsibility
- Strong experience managing agencies, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
- Confident across digital marketing, campaign delivery, and performance reporting
- Strong commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and ROI
- Highly organised with excellent project and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in property development, real estate, or lifestyle/luxury brands is beneficial.
