Marketing Technology Project Manager

Marketing Technology Project Manager | Contract | Onsite – Denver, CO

We’re partnering with a global B2B technology organization to hire a Marketing Technology Project Manager based in or near Denver, Colorado. This role will lead a high-priority MarTech transformation project, managing the transition from legacy systems into a next-generation marketing technology stack. You’ll be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, supporting platform migrations, and ensuring data flows smoothly between marketing systems and Salesforce.

This is a great opportunity for someone who understands both project delivery and the marketing technology ecosystem.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead MarTech migration and implementation projects.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate across Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, IT, Salesforce/RevOps, and external vendors.
• Support integration work between marketing tools and Salesforce.
• Ensure minimal disruption to campaign activity, lead flow, and reporting.
• Use project management tools, ideally Wrike, to keep work organized and visible.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in Marketing Operations, MarTech, RevOps, or B2B technology environments.
• Proven experience managing software implementations, migrations, or integrations.
• Strong understanding of how marketing tools connect with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with leads, contacts, campaigns, permissions, and marketing data flows.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Wrike experience is highly preferred.

Ideal backgrounds may include B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, construction tech, industrial tech, or organizations with complex Salesforce and MarTech ecosystems.
