Salt has partnered with a leading global multi-specialist B2B agency. Looking for someone to help drive meaningful growth for our B2B tech clients through digital media campaigns across channels, with a heavy focus on biddable media, as well as content syndication, publisher direct buys, and other types of guaranteed lead/impression programs. This role works closely with Account Managers, Digital Campaign Manager(s), mentoring them, and overseeing partner buys and media planning across clients. Reporting in the Paid Media Director.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for digital media buying and planning through all steps of the planning process from arranging RFPs, partner evaluations, partner scoring, negotiations and final execution based on the goals and objectives of the campaign(s)
• End-to-end coordination and management of approved buys including creation of IOs, negotiating terms, overseeing trafficking and coordination of creative/deliverables, and ongoing reporting and optimization of the partner mix
• Experience with PPC (Google) & Paid Social (LinkedIn) is a must
• Ability to serve as primary client facing media campaign resource and subject matter expert
• Guide execution of customized strategy and recognizing performance of SEM, display and paid social campaigns of B2B clients across multiple platforms

Skills Needed:

• 3 – 5 years of experience in B2B media buying
• 3 – 5 years of experience in media planning or similar
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing channels and concept
• Hands on experience with Google AdWords, Linkedln, Content Syndication and preferred – Programmatic/Native Experience
