Salt is working with a leading international personal care brand, seeking an excellent paid social freelancer to plan, execute, and optimise D2C direct response marketing campaigns.
- 3-4 month contract, immediate start
- Circa £300 per day, outside IR35
- Hybrid working in London
You will:
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid social campaigns across a variety of channels, including Meta and TikTok
- Develop creative and engaging ad content tailored to target audiences
- Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing to optimise ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies
You will need:
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end paid social, with a focus on Meta and TikTok.
- Proven track record of managing large advertising budgets (£200k – £300k per month)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using advertising platforms to analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working in the EMEA market, ideally the UK, Germany, Sweden, and Netherlands
