Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Social) – Leisure – London – c. £35K

The Company

My client is a wine-focused digital media and eCommerce start-up company based in London. Founded in 2016, the venture aims to eliminate confusion around wine, providing a ground-breaking way for people to discover and experience wine for themselves. They are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to be responsible for paid-digital and performance marketing across their key communications and media channels.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the platform
• Campaign building, optimisation and management across all Social Media platforms
• Delivering performance across core campaign KPIs
• Improving SEO across Google and YouTube
• Proactively researching channels and identifying areas for growth and optimisation
• Producing periodic metric reports to evaluate the effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns

Key competencies and experience:

• At least 2 years’ experience of digital and paid social marketing
• A deep understanding of all the different tools and techniques used in digital marketing and remarketing including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
• Experience using Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, YouTube, and Facebook Business Manager
• Experience working with and managing Social and Digital marketing agencies
• Understanding and/or experience in e-commerce an advantage
• An analytical mindset and the experience to drive decisions based on data
• Results driven with a strong work ethic and a hunger for success
