This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-known luxury hotel operator and join their talented team as a Digital & CRM Executive. If you are passionate about digital and email marketing, this role is for you!

You will be reporting into a CRM Manager and work with the wider marketing and sales teams to deliver high quality, visually attractive campaigns to their guests across the world. This is a great chance to learn from extremely talented people and become the best in your field.

Responsibilities

· Deployment of the full end-to-end CRM email marketing activity

· Work closely with the CRM Manager and support on strategy

· Build and test email campaigns

· Work closely with the support agency on code optimisations and design evolution

· Report on key metrics and customer insights

· Collaborate with the wider Digital team on customer journey improvements across digital touchpoints

· Proactively bring in ideas that will continue creating brand’s legacy

Skills/Qualifications

· At least 1 years’ experience in email marketing role within luxury business

· Talent for marketing and ability to apply a methodical and analytical approach

· Great teamwork and communication skills

· Passion for luxury is desired
