I am looking for a CRM Manager to join a huge fashion retailer in London! I’m a frequent customer of theirs – I’m sure you are too!
Within this entrepreneurial team, you will be responsible for the execution of CRM Strategies and implementing targeted customer retention programmes.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with internal stakeholders as the business moves through the delivery of the new CRM programme
- Develop a multi-channel communications strategy across emails, push and DM
- Help train and manage CRM execs
- Work with the Head of CRM to develop an engaging strategy
- Provide reporting and analysis of the marketing campaigns
- Manage the relationship with the Email Service Provider (ESP) and ensure the platform is optimised
- Recommend new CRM ideas to stakeholders
- Plan and deliver CRM marketing strategies based on commercial objectives and implement creative, cost-efficient campaigns, cross channel to drive quality subscriber growth and repeat customers
Requirements
- Experience in using and managing ESPs
- Background in Email, SMS, DM and Digital campaigns
- Ideally educated to degree level
- Experience working in a fast paced CRM team
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
