A healthcare organisation are looking for a CRM Project Manager skilled in MS Dynamics to join their team on a 10 month FTC. The CRM project is to develop, redesign and implement a new member portal that integrates the current website into MS Dynamics CRM system, as part of the organisation’s digital transformation journey.
The role also includes developing and managing the project plan, coordinating with stakeholders, managing risks and issues, and ensuring that the project meets the required quality standards.
Responsibilities
· Develop and manage the implementation of a strategy/plan for the integration of the new website with its MS Dynamics CRM solution, including scope, schedule/timelines, budget, and resources.
· Ensure that the integration plans are appropriately coordinated with plans in relation to the broader website development/implementation work.
· Formulate plans for the project workstreams including deliverables, development, testing, implementation, and communications.
· Plan and oversee test and acceptance criteria and activities, ensuring that any issues or enhancement requests are subsequently resolved as required.
Experience
· Previous experience in managing CRM projects with MS Dynamics
· Experience managing and working senior stakeholders through a project
· Technical and commercial ability
· Ideally educated to a degree level
