A leading retail business based in Berkshire are looking for an Email Marketing Executive to join their growing digital team.
You will support the CRM Manager in developing digital communications (email, CRM & SMS) across the business. You will have the chance to work on some great campaigns and will get to learn from an experienced team. As long as you have 1+ years of experience in Email Marketing, from any background, then the business are happy to consider your profile.
Responsibilities
· Work with the CRM Manager to develop email and SMS campaigns across different market, working closely with the broader Digital team
· Work closely with the Customer Marketing and Data team on segmentation set-up, ensuring the right customers are being targeted
· Support with the Email Strategy for the business across different markets, including BAU campaigns, Automated Programmes, CRM activity and discount triggers
· Work on email automation programmes, including regular monitoring and improvements
· Proactively explore market activities and trends, to influence or improve CRM campaigns
Experience
· Ideally educated to degree level
· Experience in building and executing Email Marketing campaigns
· Experience working on automated email marketing campaigns
· Have worked with ESPs
· Passion for CRM & Email Marketing
