A leading Fashion Retailer in South West London are looking for a Senior CRM & loyalty manager to join their growing digital function. The brand have been doing incredibly well over recent years, however now want to invest further in their digital capabilities. You will be joining at an impressive stage of growth.
** Please note – this role is going to be office based 4 or 5 days per week in South West London **
Responsibilities
· Develop and evolve the CRM strategy to maximise customer lifetime value and increase customer loyalty
· Lead the relaunch of the loyalty scheme across Digital & Store channels
· Full CRM budget responsibility
· Take advantage of the full capabilities of the CRM system and own the relationship with the CRM platform provider
· Develop and take full ownership of in-life marketing contact journeys for multi-channel retention, growth and re-activation lifecycle campaigns
· Build and drive the CRM email calendar – working with the wider digital function to ensure it’s fit for purpose
· Plan, build and drive our customer recency, frequency value program to encourage repeat visits
Experience
· Previous experience in CRM & Email Marketing ideally within a retail/ fashion/ ecom environment
· Experience running loyalty programs
· Passion for CRM and customer marketing
· Ideally coming from a hands on and strategic background
· Ability to deal with senior stakeholders
