Location: Remote, living within 100 miles of Culver City

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Media Operations Specialist to join a fast-paced, world-class creative team and help streamline, elevate, and bring to life best-in-class creative across channels. In this role, you’ll act as the connective tissue between creative strategy, production, and cross-functional partners, ensuring that every project moves efficiently from concept to delivery.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the full creative development process end-to-end, and is confident managing workflows, specs, timelines, and stakeholders with clarity and precision.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full creative workflow-from intake and briefing to asset delivery and performance review.
  • Partner with strategy teams to develop clear, actionable creative briefs.
  • Ensure connection planning and versioning strategies are aligned to channel needs.
  • Serve as the point of contact for all spec-related questions, maintaining deep knowledge of platform requirements.
  • Manage and organize the creative asset library in Airtable, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Champion creative best practices and ensure all deliverables meet brand and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with planning, channel, creative, and production teams to keep projects aligned and on track.
  • Proactively identify roadblocks and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
  • Support production teams with QA reviews and on-time delivery.
  • Provide project management support for campaign planning and workflow ownership.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of experience in creative operations, creative management, or equivalent support roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising and the creative development lifecycle.
  • Solid knowledge of ad specs and technical requirements across platforms.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams.
  • Advanced proficiency with Airtable and Slack; familiarity with project management systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and comfort with fast-paced environments.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • BA/BS degree required.
