Mid/Senior Product Designer

Mid/Senior Product Designer | Remote/Hybrid | £65,000-£80,000 base + benefits

We’re looking for a mid-weight to senior designer to join a small, close-knit team working on a long-running client engagement, reshaping and modernising a fintech client’s software offering. Over the last five months the team has established a new design language and look-and-feel for this client, and is now expanding that work across a broader suite of their products.

What you’ll be doing

• UX and UI design across a growing set of software products
• Evolving and extending an established design system, using existing components to ship new UI, and contributing back to the system as it matures
• Presenting and defending design decisions directly to the client
• Working closely with a small team to keep projects moving

What we’re looking for

• Solid experience in fintech or other complex software design
• Highly proficient in Figma, with real experience working within a design system, not just consuming it
• Confident communicator, comfortable presenting work and discussing rationale with clients
• Strong client acumen and collaborative instincts
• A genuine eye for detail and craft, you care about the work being beautifully made, not just functional
• Thrives in a small team: conversational, curious, and self-directed, someone who owns their output and deadlines without needing to be chased

Location: Largely remote or Hybrid – need to be a sensible distance from London.
