Motion Designer – Digital Campaigns & Content

We’re on the lookout for a talented Midweight Motion Designer to join the fast-paced in-house creative team of a well-known hospitality brand on a short-term contract.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, perfect for a Motion Designer who enjoys bringing creative campaigns to life through engaging animation and motion graphics across digital, DOOH and social.

Working alongside a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer and Client Services Lead, you’ll be responsible for creating, adapting and rolling out high-quality motion assets across multiple formats, ensuring everything is on-brand, engaging and production-ready.

What you’ll be doing

• Create and roll out engaging motion graphics and animated content across digital, DOOH, social and display.
• Adapt existing creative concepts into animated assets across multiple formats, sizes and specifications.
• Bring static designs to life through animation, transitions and motion effects.
• Work within established brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all campaign assets.
• Collaborate with the wider creative team to deliver high-quality content to tight deadlines.
• Take motion projects from initial brief through to final production and delivery.

What we’re looking for

• Midweight Motion Designer with experience in an agency or fast-paced in-house creative environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proven experience creating and adapting motion assets for digital campaigns, DOOH and social platforms.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, composition and visual storytelling.
• Experience working with existing creative concepts and brand guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail, with an understanding of digital formats, specifications and export requirements.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines.
• A collaborative, approachable personality who enjoys working as part of a busy creative team.

Location: Melbourne CBD

Working arrangement: 5 days on-site

Start: Immediate availability preferred
