Job Opportunity: Network Business Unit Administrator
Are you a data-driven professional with a deep understanding of the connectivity landscape? We are seeking a Network Business Unit Administrator to join a leading telecommunications team in a permanent, full-time capacity.

In this role, you will be the commercial backbone of the Network Business Unit, bridging the gap between technical solutions and financial performance. You will play a critical part in managing carrier relationships, optimizing margins, and ensuring that complex connectivity projects remain commercially viable.

The Core Focus
You will support the Product Management function across all network services, including Fibre, DIA, MPLS, and LTE/5G. Your objective is to ensure accurate pricing, healthy gross margins, and seamless operational delivery through meticulous analysis and carrier coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial & Pricing Support: Manage custom connectivity pricing and validate carrier costs against retail rates to hit target gross margins
• Financial Oversight: Perform monthly carrier invoice reconciliations, validating billing against contracted rates and resolving discrepancies with finance teams.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track margin performance and produce monthly reports on costs, retail pricing, and new service provisions
• Renewals Management: Review customer renewals to assess profitability and propose redesigns or alternative provider options where necessary.
• Operational Approvals: Validate and approve connectivity costs and retail pricing while maintaining accurate records in internal systems

Key skills

• Technical Background: Solid experience with connectivity products (Fibre, MPLS, LTE, etc.) and a firm grasp of carrier cost structures
• Data Expertise: Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills are essential, specifically for VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex margin modeling
• Analytical Mindset: A strong ability to interpret carrier contracts and reconcile high-volume invoices with extreme attention to detail
