What you’ll bring?

• 2+ years of experience in mobiles network integration.
• Strong understanding of mobile network technologies and computer networking fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• High attention to detail
• Great communication and teamwork skills

What you’ll be doing:

• Working in a national team to minimise mobile network downtime
• Provide professional support to field staff in a ticket queueing system
• Integration and decommission of mobiles network nodes.
• Assist field staff to troubleshoot and resolve network faults.
• Contribute to the team culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
