About the Role
As a Nuke Compositor, you will play a key part in bringing our projects to life working closely with CG artists, matte painters, and supervisors to integrate all elements into final, polished shots. You’ll combine creative artistry with technical precision to ensure every frame looks outstanding.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Working across key shot types including environment integration, clean-ups, DMP work, keying, roto/paint, and multi-layered CG comps
- Collaborating with the VFX Supervisor and Leads to ensure visual consistency and creative alignment
- Troubleshooting comp issues, optimising scripts, and maintaining a clean workflow
- Taking creative ownership of shots while meeting project deadlines
- Ensuring all work meets studio quality standards and client expectations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with Nuke in a production environment (film, TV, streaming, or high-end commercial)
- Solid understanding of colour, lighting, and the visual effects pipeline
- Ability to composite complex multi-pass CG, integrate DMPs, and complete seamless clean-ups
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to take direction and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- A showreel that demonstrates high-quality, polished compositing work
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Python scripting or Nuke gizmo creation
- Knowledge of 3D packages (Maya, Blender, Houdini)
- Previous work on feature films, episodic content, or cinematic trailers
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
- Work on high-profile projects with a passionate, supportive team
- Creative environment with room to innovate and develop new techniques
- Opportunities for career growth, mentorship, and continued learning
- Flexible working arrangements (depending on project needs)
