Our client is a leading digital employment platform seeking an Operations Coordinator to support day‑to‑day BAU operations across customer onboarding, platform updates, EDM execution and email/chat support.
This is a hands‑on operational role ideal for someone who enjoys varied BAU tasks, digital admin, and supporting internal teams and customers. You’ll manage client profile setup, job listing creation, EDM campaigns, data entry and backend platform updates ensuring smooth delivery of customer and sales workflows.
This is a short‑term contract through to 30 October 2026.
The Opportunity
You’ll be responsible for:
- Setting up client profiles including job listings, branding assets and platform configuration
- Managing EDM campaigns aligned to client requirements
- Completing data entry including transferring information from Jira tickets into the platform
- Handling customer service queries via email and chatbot (no phone support)
- Performing backend platform updates including logos, banners, links and event information
- Coordinating with internal sales teams on client and listing queries
- Supporting BAU tasks related to system migration (no project work)\
About You
We’re looking for a fast learner with strong attention to detail and experience working in operational or customer-facing environments.
You’ll likely bring:
- 2-3 years’ experience in operations, admin, customer service, CRM/CMS support, or similar roles
- Strong accuracy in data entry and platform updates
- Experience using web-based systems, digital tools or CRM/CMS platforms
- Clear written communication skills for email and chat
- Ability to manage multiple BAU tasks and switch priorities quickly
- Comfort working independently while collaborating with internal teams
