We are partnering with a leading global technology consulting organisation delivering large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programmes across the Middle East. As part of continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to join a major enterprise transformation project in Riyadh.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with high-profile clients, helping to modernise and optimise HR operations through Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions.
The Role
As an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant, you will play a key role in the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical specialists, you will help deliver end-to-end HCM transformation programmes that drive operational efficiency and enhance employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation projects
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Configure and optimise Oracle HCM modules in line with business processes
- Conduct workshops, solution design sessions, testing, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live support
- Work closely with HR stakeholders to improve employee lifecycle processes
- Support data migration, reporting, and system integration activities
- Collaborate with technical teams and third-party vendors throughout project delivery
- Provide functional expertise and best-practice guidance across Oracle HCM Cloud
- Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions
- Support Agile project delivery methodologies
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of Oracle HCM experience with strong Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud expertise
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Strong knowledge across one or more of the following modules:
- Core HR
- Talent Management
- Recruitment
- Learning
- Workforce Compensation
- Performance Management
- Absence Management
- Benefits
- Payroll
- Workforce Management
- Experience with HCM reporting and analytics
- Understanding of HCM integrations and data migration activities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working within complex enterprise environments
- Ability to work effectively within multicultural and cross-functional teams
