The Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share through proactive, relationship-based selling. This role focuses on acquiring new customers, maintaining existing accounts, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Territory Management: Develop and execute strategies to grow market presence and increase brand visibility within the region.
- Customer Engagement: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions through product presentations and consultations.
- Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress; provide regular feedback to management.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Product Promotion: Promote products effectively through demonstrations, presentations, and client engagement initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on product offerings, industry developments, and sales techniques to improve performance.

Qualifications & Experience
- Grade 12 (Matric); relevant diploma or degree preferred
- 3-5 years’ sales experience (FMCG or similar industry advantageous)
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
- Experience in territory management and relationship-based selling
