Job Title
Outbound Sales Representative
Job Purpose
* Grow sales and market presence through proactive, relationship based selling
* Visit customers, develop new business, manage an assigned territory
* Achieve sales targets through consistent outreach and product promotion
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
* Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
* Conduct cold calling and face to face sales visits
* Present products in a professional and consultative manner
* Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets
Territory Management
* Plan and manage daily call cycles and customer visits
* Ensure full territory coverage according to sales plans
* Grow product distribution and brand visibility
* Maintain accurate customer and route information
Customer Engagement
* Act as a trusted advisor to customers
* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
* Resolve customer queries and service issues
* Promote new products, promotions, and up-selling opportunities
* Build long term customer relationships
Market and Competitor Intelligence
* Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and promotions
* Provide feedback on market trends and customer insights
* Identify opportunities for product growth
Reporting and Administration
* Complete daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
* Record customer interactions and sales activities
* Ensure all administrative work is completed on time
Minimum Requirements
Experience
* Three to five years proven sales experience
* Experience in FMCG, food distribution, wholesale, or similar industry
* Outbound or field sales experience
* New business development and territory sales experience
Skills and Competencies
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
* Confident with cold calling and face to face selling
* Target driven with good time management skills
* Able to work independently
* Comfortable handling rejection
Other Requirements
* Valid driver’s license
* Reliable vehicle
* Willingness to travel daily
