Paid Social Lead | London | Hybrid – £70-80K
Ready to move beyond pure execution and take ownership of paid social performance?
We’re looking for a Paid Social Lead to scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Pinterest, working closely with our Growth and Creative teams to drive measurable results.
What you’ll do:
- Build, launch & optimize campaigns with precision.
- Keep accounts organized, scalable & test-ready.
- Turn creative tests into actionable insights.
- Spot issues early and keep performance firing.
You:
- 5+ years in paid social (Meta first, Google/TikTok a plus).
- Analytical, detail-obsessed, and spreadsheet fluent.
- Can run campaigns autonomously.
