Job Title: Part-Time Account Director
Salary: £55,000-£60,000 FTE (pro rata)
Location: Fully remote
Work Pattern: 2-3 days per week initially

The Role
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a key healthcare account in the facial aesthetics space. You will lead client relationships, oversee delivery, and ensure work is executed to a high standard within regulated environments, working closely with internal and freelance teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day management of a key healthcare account
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
Oversee delivery, timelines, and coordination of workstreams
Run client meetings independently
Manage internal teams and external freelancers
Ensure compliance within regulated healthcare environments
Identify opportunities for account growth

About You

Proven experience operating at Account Director level within healthcare or pharma
Strong understanding of regulated environments
Confident leading senior client interactions
Experience working with European clients
Highly organised and delivery-focused

Nice to Haves

Experience in facial aesthetics or injectables
Background in HCP or B2B healthcare communications
