Partner Marketing Manager

Salt Talent Search is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Partner Marketing Contractor to support our partnership initiatives, with a primary focus on operator partners in Indonesia. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to unlock business growth through innovative marketing strategies and impactful creative campaigns.

What Will Do:

• Work closely with the Partner Marketing Manager (PM) and operator partners, to identify and execute marketing opportunities that help unlock business growth for client & Partner.
• Develop, package, and pitch compelling content slates and marketing ideas tailored to operator partners.
• Work closely with internal teams and agencies to Track timelines, manage project milestones, and proactively address delays or dependencies.
• Work closely with the Partner Marketing Creative team (PMC) and a creative agency to collaborate on creative concepts and messaging for how appears across partner channels, ensuring brand consistency and local relevance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

What Do You need:

• 8+ years in Partner Marketing, brand marketing, or related roles (preferably in telco, entertainment, or telecom industries)
• Experience working with or at major operators in Indonesia
• Passionate about the world of entertainment and content
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, manage multiple projects, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building and managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills; experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns.
• Understanding of Indonesian media, entertainment, and consumer landscape is highly desirable.
