🤝 Partner Success Manager (Remote – South Africa Based)

🎯 Role Overview

Seeking a relationship-driven Partner Success Manager to support Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners through onboarding, deployment, support, and strategic growth. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success or Channel Support, especially within the MSP or IT ecosystem.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular video and phone check-ins with MSP partners to ensure successful onboarding and adoption.
  • Provide hands-on assistance with configuration and rollout.
  • Lead or assist with partner training sessions.
  • Act as first-line support for partner inquiries; escalate technical issues as needed.
  • Gather and document partner feedback and feature requests.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Partner Success teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Support strategic initiatives led by the Head of Partner Success.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and deployment milestones.
  • Report on partner trends, adoption rates, and recurring challenges.
  • Represent the company at industry events and partner conferences.

📌 Qualifications

  • Native-level English fluency (spoken and written).
  • Availability during U.S. East Coast business hours (partial overlap acceptable).
  • 1-3 years’ experience in Customer Success, Partner Success, or Channel Support (ideally within MSP environments).
  • Familiarity with MSP operations and tools (RMM, PSA, ticketing platforms).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and maintain structured outreach.
  • Moderate technical proficiency and understanding of software deployments and IT environments.
  • Interest in SaaS, IT, or cybersecurity solutions.

  • Comfortable collaborating across Sales, Support, Product, and Executive teams.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Slack).
  • Confident presenting at partner events or webinars.
