About the Company
Our client is a leading FinTech powering global trading across stocks, shares, leveraged products, futures, options, and crypto.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Partnerships / Business Development Manager to grow our client base through introducing Partner networks across emerging markets. Based in Melbourne, you’ll shape and execute partnership strategies that expand our reach and revenue.

You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver impactful campaigns, optimise partner performance, and strengthen relationships across the Asia-Pacific region. Occasional travel may be required to meet partners and attend industry events.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential affiliates and introducing partners
  • Create competitive partnership propositions and commission models
  • Build and maintain long-term, high-value relationships that drive growth
  • Track and analyse performance data to improve ROI and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams on marketing and sales initiatives
  • Develop and deliver innovative, market-specific growth strategies

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in partnerships, affiliate marketing, or business development/account management
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets in financial services
  • Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing high-value clients and complex partnership agreements
  • Excellent prospecting, negotiation, and commercial acumen
  • Ability to work across diverse markets and cultures

Bonus points if you have:

  • Degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field
  • Knowledge of CFDs, trading platforms, and the regulatory environment
  • Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin
