Partnerships / Business Development Manager – Emerging Markets

Our client is a FinTech company enabling clients to trade stocks, leveraged products, Futures & Options, and crypto.
The role
As Partnerships / Business Development Manager, you’ll grow our affiliate and Introducing Partner channels to drive market expansion and revenue. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you’ll be based in Melbourne (or Sydney) on a hybrid model (3 days in-office), with occasional APAC travel.
You’ll build and manage high-value partner relationships, optimise partner performance, and work closely with sales, marketing, and compliance to ensure scalable, compliant growth.
What you’ll do

Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliates and introducing partners

Design compelling partner propositions, commission structures, and market-specific strategies

Track, analyse, and optimise partner performance and ROI

Ensure regulatory compliance across all partnership activity

Support integrated sales and marketing initiatives via partner channels
What you’ll need
-
3+ years’ experience in partnerships, affiliate marketing, or business development (financial services preferred)

Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Proven revenue and target achievement

Experience managing high-value clients and complex partnership agreements

Excellent prospecting, consultative selling, and account management capability
Bonus points

Degree in Finance or Banking

CFD industry knowledge

Cantonese or Mandarin fluency

Experience with platforms such as Impact or Cellxpert
