Payroll & Billing Administrator

We’re partnering with a global payroll & workforce solutions organisation to hire a Payroll & Billing Executive in Kuala Lumpur.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage payroll runs for assigned clients.
• Work with regional payroll requirements: compliance, calculations, and local regulations (training provided).
• Transfer payroll data from Excel or client systems into internal platforms.
• Spot errors, flag issues, and resolve discrepancies before payroll is finalised.
• Handle client queries and escalate when needed.
• Generate invoices post-payroll.
• Collaborate with the Singapore team and other regional payroll and customer care teams.
• This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll learn quickly, gain exposure to multiple clients and industries, and grow into a confident payroll professional.

Who we’re looking for:

• 1+ years of customer care, finance, accounting, or payroll experience.
• Detail-oriented – payroll accuracy is critical.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Excellent time management and multitasking.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and open to learning.
• Bonus: prior exposure to HK/SG payroll or multi-country payroll.
