We’re partnering with a global payroll & workforce solutions organisation to hire a Payroll & Billing Executive in Kuala Lumpur.
Step into a role where you’ll gain hands-on regional payroll experience, manage client interactions, and build skills that are highly valued across MY, SG, and HK. Work with a supportive team, enjoy structured training, and get coaching from a manager who’s invested in your growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage payroll runs for assigned clients.
- Work with regional payroll requirements: compliance, calculations, and local regulations (training provided).
- Transfer payroll data from Excel or client systems into internal platforms.
- Spot errors, flag issues, and resolve discrepancies before payroll is finalised.
- Handle client queries and escalate when needed.
- Generate invoices post-payroll.
- Collaborate with the Singapore team and other regional payroll and customer care teams.
- This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll learn quickly, gain exposure to multiple clients and industries, and grow into a confident payroll professional.
Who we’re looking for:
- 1+ years of customer care, finance, accounting, or payroll experience.
- Detail-oriented – payroll accuracy is critical.
- Strong written and verbal English.
- Excellent time management and multitasking.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and open to learning.
- Bonus: prior exposure to HK/SG payroll or multi-country payroll.
