Paywall & Sales Operations Lead
Surbiton, Surrey (Office-Based) – 5 days a week
£28K (£30K after probation) + £6K Bonus | OTE £36K
This isn’t a back-office role.
We’re looking for someone commercially sharp, highly organised, and accountable for performance.

About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing, social-first agency working with creators across global markets.
You’ll sit at the centre of the paywall and sales operation – driving performance, managing execution, and ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.
This is part operator, part analyst, part team leader.
You’ll:
Own operational performance across assigned creators
Manage day-to-day execution within the paywall and sales function
Identify opportunities to improve revenue and conversion
Oversee pricing, positioning, and monetisation strategy
Manage and coordinate a remote operations team
Track performance data and report directly to leadership
