Penetration Testing Consultant – Offensive Security

We are seeking an experienced Penetration Testing Consultant to join a high-performing Offensive Security team within a large, complex enterprise environment.

This is an opportunity to work across diverse technologies at scale, helping identify and remediate security vulnerabilities that could impact critical systems and customers.

The Role

You will deliver end-to-end penetration testing engagements across a broad range of enterprise systems and technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct penetration testing across web applications, APIs, mobile apps (iOS & Android), infrastructure, cloud (AWS/Azure), and hardware
• Define and scope security testing activities with stakeholders
• Identify, exploit and validate vulnerabilities
• Triage findings and risk-rate vulnerabilities using industry-standard frameworks (e.g., CVSS)
• Produce clear, high-quality technical reports outlining risk and remediation recommendations
• Support large technology programs by shaping and delivering security testing requirements
• Contribute to broader offensive security initiatives

About You

• Proven experience as a Penetration Tester in a large, complex organisation
• Strong technical capability across application, infrastructure and cloud security testing
• Experience testing modern architectures and enterprise environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to self-manage engagements and deliver to deadlines
• Relevant tertiary qualification (Computer Science, Cyber Security or similar)
• Industry certifications such as OSCP, CREST (CRT/CCT) or equivalent
