Our client is looking for a PMO Lead to transform their CRM operating model into a scalable governance framework. This role will own operational oversight, implement structured intake and prioritization models, and manage SLA performance across Adobe Campaign and HTML production teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own CRM governance framework and intake process
- Implement and manage PM tools (Workfront / Jira) and associated workflow
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Campaign Management, Adobe Campaign Development, HTML Production, QA)
- Support the evolution of AI-enabled CRM capabilities
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in digital production or CRM program management
- Experience in Martech-driven environments
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Campaign or similar CRM platforms and HTML
- Experience with PM tools (Workfront / Jira preferred)
- Experience managing offshore and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP preferred
