About the Role
Join a leading global payments organisation as an Embedded Consultant supporting one of Indonesia’s leading financial institutions to optimise its credit card portfolio. This role combines consulting, analytics, and portfolio management, offering the opportunity to work alongside senior banking stakeholders to improve customer acquisition, activation, engagement, spend, and retention. You’ll help shape strategic recommendations, support implementation, and deliver meaningful business outcomes within Indonesia’s evolving payments landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze portfolio performance and identify opportunities to improve business outcomes.
- Support campaign effectiveness analysis and portfolio optimization initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking.
- Develop business recommendations and project deliverables.
- Coordinate stakeholders and support project governance.
Requirements
- Native Indonesian speaker with strong English communication skills.
- Based in Jakarta and willing to work onsite.
- 5+ years’ experience in credit card portfolio or product management.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and project delivery capabilities.
