Power Platform Architect

Duration: 6-Month Extendable Contract

Our client, a reputable UAE based Microsoft Partner are seeking an experienced Power Platform Lead to architect, implement, and govern the enterprise-wide automation and low-code initiatives using Microsoft’s Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end automation delivery, defining fitment and adoption strategy, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions. This role demands a blend of technical depth, leadership maturity, and stakeholder engagement skills to transform automation practices across the organization.

The Power Platform Lead will serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, enabling scalable digital transformation through automation, AI-driven copilots, and data-driven insights.

Experience required:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of overall experience in Microsoft application development and 5+ years in Power Platform technical lead position.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
• Strong understanding of automation fitment, governance frameworks, and Center of Excellence (CoE) models.
• Hands-on experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, Azure, SQL Server, and enterprise systems (Oracle/CRM).
• Proficiency in PowerFX, SQL, and basic scripting for automation orchestration.
• Demonstrated experience in leading multi-team delivery, managing sprints, and ensuring high-quality output.
