A leading global cybersecurity provider is looking to appoint a Pre-Sales Engineer to support its continued expansion across the Middle East.
The organisation works with some of the region’s largest enterprises across sectors such as financial services, energy, telecommunications, government, and large-scale industry, helping them strengthen their cybersecurity posture and address evolving threats.
This role will partner closely with the regional sales team, acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers and supporting strategic security engagements across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with regional sales teams to support technical pre-sales engagements across the Middle East.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements to enterprise customers.
- Engage with security teams, architects, and IT leaders to understand their challenges and design appropriate solutions.
- Lead technical workshops, architecture discussions, and product evaluations with prospective clients.
- Translate customer requirements into solution architectures and technical proposals.
- Support RFP/RFI responses and contribute to technical solution design during complex sales cycles.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the evaluation process.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on market and customer insights
Experience & Background:
- Experience working as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Security Architect within cybersecurity or enterprise technology.
- Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity principles and security architecture.
- Exposure to areas such as network security, threat detection, identity security, cloud security, or security operations.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and complex technical engagements.
- Ability to engage with both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience delivering product demonstrations and technical workshops.
