Job Title:
Principal Customer Success / AEC Delivery Lead
Location:
Denver, CO (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office)

The Role:
* Lead delivery of AI-driven peer reviews across architectural, structural, MEP, and civil disciplines for enterprise clients.
* Translate complex technical insights into clear business value for developers and contractors.
* Design and manage pilot programs, measure impact, and drive adoption of the platform.
* Develop client-facing materials, case studies, and white papers to establish the company as an industry authority.
* Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and conferences.
* Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to influence product development based on client needs.
The Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
* 10+ years’ experience at leading architecture firms, general contractors, or construction management companies.
* Strong expertise in large-scale commercial or multi-family projects across multiple AEC disciplines.
* Proven track record in technical peer review, internal QA/QC, or coordination across diverse consultant teams.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to link client delivery to product development and adoption.
* Comfortable with emerging technologies, particularly AI, and bridging traditional AEC workflows with new tools.
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
* Travel: occasional travel (10-20%) for client meetings, conferences, and site visits.
