Privacy Support Specialist (Korean)

Salt is looking to hire a Privacy Support Specialist (Korean speaking) in Singapore for a global technology client for12 months renewable contract. This is a critical role with Korean privacy regulations by providing accessible, human support inquiry channels for users.

What you’ll do:

  • Receive and respond to inbound telephone calls from users in South Korea regarding privacy related matters.
  • Manage incoming emails and physical mails.
  • Accurately capture user inquiry details including contact information, nature of compliant and relevant account identifiers.
  • Access and categorize incoming inquires based on established criteria (privacy request, account issues, data subject rights)
  • Route non-privacy related inquiries to appropriate teams (Integrity, Support, Legal) via established escalation pathways.

What you’ll need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support, privacy operations, compliance or related administrative roles
  • Due to the nature of the business, proficiency in Korean is preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Experience in privacy, data protection or regulatory compliance roles.
  • Approximately 150-200 telephone inquiries per month
