Trust & Safety Analyst

About the Role

Our client, a leading global technology platform, is seeking an experienced Senior Escalations Specialist to join its Trust & Safety organization.

This is a high-impact role supporting complex platform escalations involving user safety, content integrity, policy enforcement, and business support. You will investigate sensitive cases, interpret policy frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and make sound enforcement decisions that directly influence platform integrity and customer trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and resolve complex escalations involving user-generated content, advertiser support, and platform integrity.
• Interpret and consistently apply policy frameworks, enforcement guidelines, and regulatory requirements across multiple case types.
• Investigate ambiguous or high-risk cases and determine appropriate enforcement actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Policy, Product, Operations, and Commercial stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
• Clearly communicate investigation findings, enforcement decisions, and supporting rationale.
• Stay current with evolving policies, industry regulations, AI-enabled investigation tools, and operational procedures.
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting service levels in a fast-paced global environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Escalations Management, Incident Response, Online Operations, Content Integrity, Risk Operations, or related technology environments.
• Strong experience investigating complex or sensitive cases requiring sound judgment and policy interpretation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to make decisions under pressure while balancing multiple priorities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across Legal, Policy, Product, Operations, Risk, or Commercial functions.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted investigation tools and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
• Experience using analytical tools such as Excel or SQL for reporting and operational analysis is advantageous.
• Comfortable working with potentially graphic or objectionable content as part of investigations.
