What You’ll Be Doing

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals.

• Conduct deep market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.

• Build a forward-thinking roadmap that balances customer needs and strategic impact.

Product Development & Management

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle – from ideation through to delivery and iteration.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, and business) to deliver world-class products.

• Prioritise features and enhancements that maximise ROI and customer value.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the central voice for all product matters.

• Keep stakeholders informed and aligned on progress, risks, and upcoming initiatives.

• Build meaningful relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Leadership & Growth

• Guide and mentor team members to deliver their best work.

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Performance & Insight

• Define KPIs to measure product success.

• Use data and insight to drive decision-making.

• Run post-launch evaluations to improve outcomes.
