About our Client
We are partnering with one of the world’s leading payments technology companies, connecting consumers, businesses, financial institutions and governments through its global payments network.
As part of the practice, you’ll be embedded within a major player in the financial services sector, delivering strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the operational management and oversight of key payment and scheme partners that enable our clients card products to operate successfully in market, including:
- Managing relationships with Mastercard, BPAY, Fiserv, and other strategic payment partners.
- Ensuring compliance with scheme operating rules, payment regulations, and industry standards.
- Liaison with and being the first point contact for key strategic vendors who supports card operation to ensure vendor SLAs are met.
- Overseeing card bureau operations and adherence to scheme card issuing requirements.
- Monitoring and managing interfaces with payment schemes and processing platforms to ensure optimal performance.
A Successful Candidate Will Possess the Following
- Track record of operational management of scheme/payment partners for cards products (ideally Mastercard)
- Extensive and in depth knowledge of the Scheme Operating Rules and payment systems
- Extensive working knowledge of credit card products and their functionality (both Scheme and Private Label)
- Extensive knowledge of a cards receivable platform (e.g. VisionPLUS)
- Experience with payment processing, scheme, Fiserv, Card Manufacturers, Statement and Loyalty)
