Product Operations & Strategy Manager

My client is looking for a Product Operations & Strategy Manager to join their growing team in Dubai.

This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of Product, Strategy, Operations, Engineering, Compliance, Risk and Commercial, with responsibility for helping the product organisation scale effectively and execute against its strategy.

The focus will be on building scalable product operating frameworks, improving workflows, driving launch readiness and using data and insights to improve product performance. You’ll work across multiple teams to remove operational friction, improve decision-making and ensure complex product initiatives move from strategy through to execution.

They’re looking for someone with 5+ years of experience across Product Operations, Product Strategy, Product Management, Product Program Management or a similar cross-functional role, ideally within fintech, payments, crypto, digital assets or high-growth technology.

Key areas of focus include:

• Building and improving Product Operations frameworks, processes and governance
• Driving product strategy into execution and supporting strategic initiatives
• Owning launch readiness, dependencies, risks and cross-functional workstreams
• Using data, KPIs and dashboards to identify operational and product improvements
• Establishing structured decision-making and prioritisation mechanisms
• Building feedback loops across customers, Sales, Support and Operations
• Working closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk and Commercial
• Optimising tools such as Jira, Confluence and Notion
• Supporting continuous improvement through experimentation and post-launch analysis

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, structured and commercially minded, with the ability to operate strategically while being very hands-on in execution.
