Project Coordinator (Remote) | 12-Month Contract
Salt is partnering with a leading global enterprise tech SaaS company that is recognised for its innovative solutions, human-first culture, strong innovation pipeline, and market leadership. We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the successful onboarding, implementation, and adoption of a leading AI-powered learning platform used by global enterprise organisations.
This is a fully remote, 12-month contract opportunity supporting customers through their implementation journey, from project kick-off through to go-live. You’ll play a central role in coordinating stakeholders, driving project activities, and ensuring customers receive a proactive, responsive, and world-class experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate customer onboarding, implementation, and go-live activities.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project delivery.
· Deliver training sessions and provide platform support.
· Troubleshoot issues and manage escalations effectively.
· Schedule meetings, track actions, and maintain project documentation.
· Gather customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
· Support customers in using platform analytics and reporting.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success.
What you will bring:
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, Customer Success, Customer Support, or another customer-facing role supporting external clients or partners.
· Experience working with SaaS platforms and remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Google Workspace.
· Practical experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Notion (highly regarded).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong stakeholder management and expectation-setting abilities.
· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
· High levels of autonomy and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
