Job Title: Project Manager – AEC (Technology & Delivery)
Location: US (On-site Required; Relocation Available)

The Role:
- Lead delivery of large-scale AEC technology implementations for contractors and owners.
- Manage full project lifecycle – stakeholder alignment, milestone control, risk management, and reporting.
- Interface daily with GCs, developers, design teams, consultants, and internal technical specialists.
- Drive engagement across diverse project environments (200k – 1M+ sq ft) and budgets ranging from $90M to $1B+.
- Understand drawings, design updates and construction sequences to ensure platform adoption and successful delivery.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for project performance, communication flow, and client satisfaction.
The Requirements:
- ~5 years’ post-graduate experience in architecture, engineering, construction management, or project consulting.
- Strong exposure to large commercial, multifamily, mixed-use or mission-critical builds; data centre experience is a bonus.
- Able to read, interpret and query drawings across multiple disciplines.
- Familiarity with tools such as Revit, Bluebeam and Procore.
- Experience working with, for, or alongside General Contractors or Developers on large-scale delivery.
- On-site orientated – must be able to operate in-market; relocation considered for exceptional candidates.
- Strong communicator with the ability to drive accountability and engagement across senior stakeholders.
