Tech Project Manager
Medical & Health Technology Environment
Why this opportunity?
This is a chance to join a purpose-driven, high-impact tech environment operating at the intersection of innovation, healthcare, and real-world outcomes. You’ll work on projects that genuinely matter – from bringing new hardware products to market to delivering large-scale platform and feature initiatives used in regulated environments.
The culture values clarity, accountability, and collaboration. You’ll be trusted to run with complex initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and help shape how projects are delivered across the business. If you enjoy structure, ownership, and seeing tangible results from your work, this role offers long-term growth and exposure in a highly specialised space.
The role
As the Tech Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving strategic projects end to end – ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. Projects range from hardware and market-entry initiatives to internal platform and feature development, all within a regulated tech environment.
You’ll act as the central point of coordination, enabling teams with the right tools, documentation, and processes while balancing commercial, legal, and operational considerations.
What you’ll be doing
-
Own and manage multiple projects across their full lifecycle, from planning through to delivery
-
Define scope, milestones, timelines, budgets, risks, and change controls
-
Implement and maintain clear project “ways of working” and delivery frameworks
-
Drive stakeholder alignment through structured communication, feedback loops, and governance
-
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and expectations to avoid scope creep
-
Ensure project documentation is maintained to required quality and compliance standards (ISO / CE / FDA environments)
What we’re looking for
-
±5 years’ experience in a Project Management role
-
Formal qualification or certification in Project Management
-
Strong experience working with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders
-
Exposure to hardware, medical devices, health tech, or software delivery environments is highly beneficial
-
Solid understanding of project lifecycle management, controls, and risk management
-
Confident communicator with strong research, documentation, and presentation skills
Why apply?
You’ll work on meaningful, complex projects, gain exposure to regulated product environments, and be trusted to make an impact. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys structure, autonomy, and working at the centre of delivery in a growing tech-led organisation.
If this sounds like the right next step for your career, apply now and be part of shaping what’s next.
