Technical Lead

The Technical Lead will provide technical leadership across software projects, supporting engineering teams and working with stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor software engineering teams.
• Oversee the technical delivery of projects.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support architecture and technology decisions.
• Identify and resolve technical risks and delivery blockers.
• Promote strong engineering, testing, DevOps, and agile practices.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and priorities to stakeholders.

Required Experience

• Strong software engineering experience with previous technical leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with backend and frontend development technologies.
• Experience building modern cloud-based applications.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled applications and modern AI development tools.
• Experience with containerization, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and observability.
• Knowledge of software architecture, testing, version control, and design best practices.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform.
• Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with graph technologies or databases.
